This service is provided every three months for most common pests.  ArmaXX guarantees this service will keep your home free of ants, cockroaches, earwigs, silverfish, spiders, and mice or we will retreat between scheduled services at no additional charge.

Annual/Semi-Annual Service

Once-A-Year Service Plan
ArmaXX provides 60 day guarantee for most general pest. (Other companies offer a no guarantee or a 30 day guarantee)

Annual Service Plan
Similar to ArmaXX’s “Knockout” service, the technician will aggressively treat your home one time year with long-lasting materials. The service plan includes three follow-up visits at no extra charge.

Semi-Annual Service Plan
The ArmaXX technician will precisely treat your home two times year with long-lasting materials. This service plan includes one follow-up treatment during the first six months of no extra charge.

** Note: Heavy infestation of cockroaches, fleas, brown recluse spiders, black widows spiders, and other pests, will require extra materials and labor during the initial/knockout service. A minimum monthly service plan of 3-6 months is sometimes required.

Residential Service Guarantees

• ArmaXX offers a 30 day guarantee for ants entering the home.
• ArmaXX offers a 30 day guarantee for carpenter bees and cockroaches.
• There is no guarantee for flying insects outside the home, unless mutually agreed upon by the customer and ArmaXX staff.
• Due to ArmaXX’s customizable service plans, other guarantee exclusions may be applicable and not be listed on this site.
