Termidor Perimeter Plus Defense System

Prevents termites from entering your home!

Termidor ’s Perimeter Plus program requires an exterior liquid perimeter application. This application provides a continuously treated zone around the structures entire foundation, plus localized interior applications to areas with known termite activity. In other words, ArmaXX will perform the following tasks:

The Perimeter Trench around the outside perimeter of the home, including the perimeter of the crawlspace and support columns, if applicable.
Slab Foundation If the structure has a garage or slab patio adjacent to the home, ArmaXX will drill small holes and inject with Termidor All holes will be repaired after treatment.
The Results: A Perimeter Plus application requires fewer materials and less labor than conventional treatments and is less invasive to the homeowner. > back to the top

Homes with “active” termites need fast protection!

Once termites are inside you home, the damage is done.  Typically, they are inside your wall voids, masonry block, and/or voids behind your brick veneer – finding there way to your home’s wood.  Since termites have so many entry points, ArmaXX will have to drill and inject several areas of your home.

The Perimeter Trench around the outside perimeter of the home, including the perimeter of the crawlspace and support columns, if applicable.
Slab Foundation If the structure has a garage or slab patio adjacent to the home, ArmaXX will drill small holes and inject with Termidor All holes will be repaired after treatment.
Brick Veneer Small holes will be drilled in the brick mortar about every 1 feet, then injected with Termidor. All holes will be repaired after treatment.
Masonry Block Voids Small holes will be drilled in the masonry block found crawlspace, garage,  & other areas, then injected with Termidor. All holes will be repaired after treatment

Termite Pre-Treatment Service

Termite Pre-Treatment Service Building codes in Tennessee require all homes and commercial structures be pre-treated for subterranean termites. This type of termite treatment is usually performed before the foundation is completed. In fact, pre-treatments are preferable to post construction treatments. Why?

• Properly treated structures are sometimes able to resist termites for a much longer period of time.
• Some critical areas frequented by termites – plumbing penetrations and masonry voids - are not accessible once construction is completed.
• The cost of a termite pretreatment is significantly less than a post-construction treatment.

Don’t forget new structures . . .

It is very important to PRE-TREAT all new construction. New additions to your home, such as - garage and sunrooms - are not protected from termites. Even if the home was treated before, termites can bypass the original termicide and attack the new structure.

Believe it or not, but swimming pools can be damaged by termites. In fact, termites can get through vinyl swimming pool liners, including PVC piping used in pool installations.

Remember: Termite pre-treatments are much cheaper than post construction treatments.
